Senior Property Accountant

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements for assigned properties
• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual CAM reconciliations
• Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
• Partner with property management to resolve variances and billing questions
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Support audits and provide requested schedules and documentation

You're a great fit if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with CAM reconciliations
• Experience using Yardi
• 3+ years of property or real estate accounting experience
